So long, farewell, auf Wiedersehen, good night

I’ve been learning recently how many different types of personality there are.  I always knew that people were different, but the different ways in which they can be categorised is mind boggling and continues to grow.

For example, there is a category of people who like musicals and they are often called melophiles.  I’ve never been big into musicals, although there are a few exceptions, and the Sound of Music is one of them.

I’ve also discovered recently that you have to have a certain type of personality to enjoy retirement, or even the idea of retirement, and I’m definitely not one of those.  Having said that, the idea of heading off into the sunset (or at least into Switzerland) is appealing at the moment, because I haven’t been out of the country in nearly 2 years!
