Our Residential Property department offers an efficient and personal service to help you through the sometimes stressful process of buying and/or selling your home.

We can assist with selling and buying residential property/homes and apartments, including new build homes, whether for owner occupation or as “buy to let” investments. We also provide advice on Assured Short-hold Tenancies should you wish to rent your property.

We are registered with Help to Buy and with most main Lenders. We also hold the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation which provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Membership establishes a level of credibility and certifies that our staff have the necessary skills and knowledge.

In addition to buying and selling property, we are also capable of advising on a full range of property matters including the grant of new leases or the renewal of a current lease, as well as transfers of equity in a property, and property licensing.
