How Do I Attend the Drop-In Clinic?
You’re welcome to just drop in – no appointment is needed!

If for any reason you can’t make it after arranging a slot, just let us know. We’re always happy to find another convenient time for you to come in and meet one of our solicitors.
And don’t worry if you’re not local, we can do meetings by phone or Teams, and from time to time members of our team will be available in Central London too.
How Does the Drop-In Session Work?
You’ll have an initial friendly chat with one of our solicitors lasting around 15-30 minutes. This appointment is free of charge. If you need further assistance, we can discuss fees and next steps during your meeting.
During your appointment, we’ll take some brief details about your issue, discuss your options, and explain what steps you can take – whether that’s resolving matters informally or pursuing a legal route. We’ll also outline any likely costs and our hourly rates if you decide to proceed further.
After your meeting, we’ll follow up with a summary of our discussion and advice, confirming the next steps should you wish to take matters forward.
