Christmas may be the most wonderful time of the year, but Valentine’s Day is supposed to be the most romantic.  If the shops are anything to go by, you should spend the day being inundated with flowers, cards and gifts, and spend the evening being wined and dined.  Obviously I’m not going to discuss what you should expect during the night as this is a family friendly blog!

In amongst all these romantic gestures and protestations of love, you’re unlikely to be thinking about legalities, so let me do it for you.

Roses are red, violets are blue, if you don’t have a cohabitation agreement it will be expensive to sue.

You had me at hello, but I still want a prenuptial agreement.

How do I love thee?  Let me count the ways, but this in no way amounts to an admission, concession or contractual obligation.

Never going to give you up, never going to let you down, but just to be on the safe side lets have a post nup!

Feel free to include these in any of your Valentine’s Day cards, so long as you give me full credit!

Happy Valentine’s everyone.
