A drop in the ocean!

From the early stages of my professional life as a solicitor, I have promoted the philosophy that prevention is better than cure.
If you end up in a dispute, whether in your business or personal life, it can be expensive in many ways.
It will cost you money in legal fees.
It will cost you time away from work whilst you help put your case together.
It will cost you in stress, and perhaps mostly importantly, it will cost you even more money if the outcome of the case is not what you were expecting or hoping for.
This can apply in almost every aspect of law, so whilst a well prepared contract, or a beautifully drafted will may not prevent a dispute, it will significantly reduce the risk of a problem, and increase the chances of a successful outcome if you do end up in court.
Which means that the cost of taking legal advice at an early stage can be a drop in the ocean compared to what the legal fees can be if you delay.
Which is why I’m inviting you to drop in clinic (which is available in person or remotely) any time you feel you might be drowning in legal paperwork, or in danger of being flooded with a dispute.
If you’re facing a divorce, don’t get your feet wet, come and talk to us. If you think you’re about to be made redundant and can’t keep your head above water, drop by for a dry off.
If you think the life raft of your co-habitation agreement has sprung a leak, or your building project is in danger of collapse, there are people in my office who will be happy to have a chat with you and help you plug the gap. In fact, whatever your legal problem is, or whatever you think it might become, we have a team of experts who’ll be happy to help.
And the best bit is that we don’t charge for an initial chat. I’m only asking for one thing in return.
Please forward this to five people you know who might need some legal advice but don’t know who to ask – they’ll find more details on this link: https://www.kleymansolicitors.com/free-legal-drop-in-clinic-every-thursday-at-kleyman-solicitors/
